Full Time Positions:

All positions at R.O.V. are full time positions.  Over 50% of our employees wear two hats – one in the winter and summer months, and one in the spring and fall months.  The nuclear power industry schedules maintenance outages in the spring and fall months, and it is during this time that many of our employees are at customer sites operating our equipment to assist in outage activities.  Travel averages approximately 40% each year.

While in house during the summer and winter months, our dual role employees resume their “regular” jobs – engineers, electronics technicians, project managers, machinists, welders, etc.  It is during this time that our robotic equipment inventory is repaired/refurbished for the next outage season, new products are developed and manufactured, and training is conducted.

It is this dual role combination that enables our employees to be highly trained and skilled in the operation and repair/refurbishment of our equipment.  These skills prove to be invaluable at customer sites, and are integral to the value that R.O.V. brings to the customer.

We Follow the NRC's Fitness For Duty Guidelines

We operate under the same guidelines as the nuclear power industry.  Fitness for Duty is a policy that we live by.  Background investigations, reference checks, and pre-employment drug screening, as well as random drug screens are the norm.
